Responsibilities:
- Support SGM and Deputy TT as EW SME for the SOF EW community.
- Develop tools and technology with partners in support of SOF EW capabilities.
- Prepare and develop requirements documentation (ICDs, CDDs, SPECAT, BOIPs, Test Plans, project folders).
- Identify and develop RADAR, ECM, ISR, EW, and SIGINT capabilities for further development or fielding.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 10+ years in EW, RADAR, ECM, ISR, or SIGINT operations, including 3-5+ years supporting SOF or joint EW programs.
- Strong knowledge of EW TTPs and integrated EW/ISR/SIGINT operations.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline related to EW or RF engineering.
- TOP SECRET clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience planning or executing EW operations in joint/combined environments.
