This position is contingent upon contract award.

Position Summary

Command Cyber Solutions is seeking a Systems Analyst, Senior to support analysis, evaluation, and improvement of business and technical systems within a structured Navy IT environment This role identifies system needs, develops recommendations, supports process improvements, and prepares documentation used by stakeholders for planning and implementation. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical experience, an understanding of enterprise system workflows, and the ability to translate business requirements into clear technical insights.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business and technical requirements to identify system needs, gaps, and improvement opportunities.

  • Recommend enhancements to systems, workflows, or tools based on observed patterns and stakeholder input.

  • Support the design and documentation of new or updated system processes, procedures, or configurations.

  • Coordinate with project teams, technical personnel, and stakeholders to support implementation activities.

  • Develop documentation including requirements, workflows, procedures, and system summaries.

  • Assist with validation or testing activities to ensure accuracy and quality of implemented changes.

  • Gather and organize information needed for system analysis, planning, or reporting.

  • Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.


Education, Certification & Experience Requirements

Education Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree in business or technical field (preferred).


Certification Required:

  • Active Secret security clearance.

  • IAT III Certification


Experience Required:

  • Six (6) years of experience supporting system analysis, requirements development, process evaluation, testing, or enterprise architecture activities within Federal, DoD, or enterprise environments.

  • Experience with system modeling, requirements documentation, or architecture tools.


Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Knowledge:

  • Knowledge of system analysis requirements development demonstrated through accurate documentation and effective identification of system needs.

  • Knowledge of system workflows and process evaluation methods shown through the ability to identify issues and recommended improvements.


Skills:

  • Skill in preparing clear system documentation, requirements, and process summaries evaluated through quality reviews and stakeholder feedback.

  • Skill in communicating system-related information effectively, demonstrated by consistent clarity and accuracy when coordinating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.


Abilities:

  • Ability to manage multiple analysis tasks and deadlines, measurable by timely and complete delivery of assigned documentation or analysis products.

  • Ability to follow structured analytical procedures and maintain organized work products, measurable through review of accuracy, completeness, and adherence to established processes.


Working Conditions/Working Environment/Physical Demands:

  • This position is performed in a professional environment, remote/home office setting, or on-site government facility, as required by the contract.

  • Standard work schedule is Monday through Friday, during normally scheduled business hours, with occasional evening or weekend work required to meet critical deadlines.

  • Work involves extensive computer and secure network use, including periods of prolonged sitting, data entry, and screen time.

  • The role requires working independently with minimal supervision, while also collaborating virtually or in person with CCS teams, subcontractors, and government stakeholders.

  • Occasional travel may be required for customer meetings, training, or project-related activities.
