Position Title: Navy Enterprise Network (NEN) Analyst, Senior

Location: Dahlgren, VA

This position is contingent upon contract award.

Position Summary

Command Cyber Solutions is seeking a Navy Enterprise Network (NEN) Analyst, Senior to support NEN seat management, user coordination, and account-related service activities. This role ensures accurate processing of user requests, maintains structured documentation, and coordinates directly with users and stakeholders to support reliable network access and service delivery. The ideal candidate brings strong organizational skills, experience with Navy enterprise IT processes, and the ability to manage multiple user-facing tasks in a structured environment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Process NEN seat actions and ordering tasks accurately and in accordance with established procedures.

  • Coordinate user access needs and update NEN-related service requests in approved systems.

  • Maintain organized records of seat actions, user changes, and service updates.

  • Communicate with users to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure expectations are clearly understood.

  • Support documentation updates for NEN workflows, instructions, and user-facing materials.

  • Monitor NEN-related task queues and coordinate timely completion of requests.

  • Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to ensure accuracy and consistency across NEN support activities.

  • Identify recurring patterns or issues within NEN action processing and provide recommendations for process improvements.


Education, Certification & Experience Requirements

Education Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree in business/technical field (preferred).

Certification Required:

  • Active Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain Top Secret or higher.

Experience Required:

  • Six (6) years of experience supporting Navy Enterprise Network programs, NEN ordering actions, enterprise user account coordination, or related IT service processes in Federal, DoD, or enterprise environments.


Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Knowledge:

  • Knowledge of NEN seat management and user coordination practices demonstrated through accurate processing of seat, access, and account-related actions.

  • Knowledge of enterprise support workflows shown through consistent handling of user requests and documentation.

Skills:

  • Skill in documenting and tracking NEN tasks evaluated through accuracy, completeness, and adherence to established procedures.

  • Skill in communicating effectively with users and stakeholders demonstrated by clarity, responsiveness, and accuracy of information exchange.

Abilities:

  • Ability to manage multiple NEN-related tasks and timelines, measurable by timely completion and quality of assigned actions.

  • Ability to follow standardized workflows and maintain organized documentation, measurable through periodic quality reviews and adherence to process guidelines.


Working Conditions/Working Environment/Physical Demands:

  • This position is performed in a professional environment, remote/home office setting, or on-site government facility, as required by the contract.

  • Standard work schedule is Monday through Friday, during normally scheduled business hours, with occasional evening or weekend work required to meet critical deadlines.

  • Work involves extensive computer and secure network use, including periods of prolonged sitting, data entry, and screen time.

  • The role requires working independently with minimal supervision, while also collaborating virtually or in person with CCS teams, subcontractors, and government stakeholders.

  • Occasional travel may be required for customer meetings, training, or project-related activities.
