JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Design, develop, and implement AI-powered solutions to address organizational challenges and improve operational efficiency.
- Provide training and mentorship to staff members on AI tools and technologies, ensuring effective adoption and utilization.
- Leverage AI platforms such as Claude, Gemini, CoPilot, and Palantir to deliver actionable insights and enhance decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI integration and optimization.
- Stay updated on emerging AI trends, tools, and technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Develop and deliver presentations, reports, and training materials to communicate AI strategies and outcomes effectively.
- Develop and maintain a staff AI Training Plan to ensure effective training is provided as new AI-powered technologies come online.
Qualifications
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelors and ten (10)+ years of related experience; additional four (4) years of experience accepted in lieu of degree.
- Proven experience with AI-powered tools and platforms, including Claude, Gemini, CoPilot, and Palantir products.
- Strong background in training and educating teams on AI technologies and their applications.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering practical AI solutions.
DESIRED SKILLSET:
- Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) in a relevant field.
- Experience working in a government or defense environment. Combatant Command or Four-Star Service component would be ideal.
- Familiarity with machine learning frameworks and programming languages such as Python, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
- Knowledge of data security and ethical considerations in AI applications.
