ISSE will contribute to Purchaser’s internal Government Gateway RF (GWRF) and DDC4 products and services development. Supplier personnel will support the development of the Government specific gateway antennas, Gateway Support Equipment (GWSE), and GW front End Processor to enable various 3rd party partners to utilize the Supplier GW backhaul services. The KGS Information Systems (IS) / Cyber Security team requires contingent workers (CWs) for subject matter expertise to define, develop, implement, and assess data safeguarding and cyber security architectural solutions. Supplier will work to implement system solutions and verify compliance to standards such as the Cloud Computing Security Requirements Guide (SRG), Security Technical Implementation Guides, and the NIST SP 800 series. Experience in software development and familiarity with software applications executing on AWS, Network Security mechanisms, Firewalls, and Encryption devices. Individuals may be required to coordinate with customer security personnel to address customer specific concerns or requirements. Existing security clearance or ability to get one is required Supplier will assist Purchaser in Cybersecurity activities for the Gateway RF (GWRF) and DDC4 products and services. In this capacity, Supplier will provide the following Services:
• Plan and manage the system application of NIST Special Publications 800 series security controls.
• Plan and manage the system application of Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs) as mandated by customers.
• Plan and manage implementation of configurations in SonicWall NSa 4700 NEXT-GENERATION FIREWALL (NGFW).
• Plan and manage implementation of Suite B cryptographic implementation in SonicWall NSa 4700 NGFW.
• Support Cryptographic Key management related to M-Code receivers.
• Perform system vulnerability scanning, documenting results, and working with the development team to address security findings.
• Generate comprehensive system security documentation and artifacts, to include a Plan of Action and Milestones (POA&M), for obtaining and maintaining Interim Authorization to Test (IATT), Authority to Connect (ATC) and Authorization to Operate (ATO).
• Generate Required documentation, procedures, and automation scripts for configuration of the GW products and subcomponents.
U.S. Citizenship is required for the performance of the effort.
