SPA has an immediate need for a part time receptionist to work approximately 25 hours per week.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be someone who takes initiative, can work well with others, and is able to multitask.
As our receptionist, you would be responsible for answering and directing phone calls, taking messages, greeting and badging visitors, and directing them to various parts of the office. You will also receive mail, shipments, and other deliveries. You must conduct yourself in a professional manner, to include grooming, dress, and comportment while ensuring the lobby also reflects a professional working environment.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, oral and written
- Customer satisfation oriented
- Ability to multi-task (i.e. greet guests/visitors, set up meetings, etc.)
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Teams
- Flexible work hours
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
Desired Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a receptionist
- Previous experience in the Defense Contractor arena
- Some experience with Excel and Adobe
