We have an opening with a great client of ours and we are looking for an Advanced Software Engineer in Scottsdale, AZ to work on a real-time embedded project. The successful candidate will be responsible for solving complex systems problems by analyzing both code and UML models used for code generation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for solving complex systems problems by analyzing both code and UML models used for code generation.

- Active Department of Defense Secret security clearance is preferred at time of hire
- Experience with real-time operating systems (RTOS).
- Familiarity with hardware interfaces and protocols.
- Knowledge of cellular telecommunications protocols and systems (UMTS) a plus
REQUIREMENTS
- US Citizenship with the ability to obtain a Secret Clearance
- Requires a Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field. Also requires 5+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree plus 3 years of job-related experience.
- Experience in software engineering, with a focus on real-time embedded systems.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C/C++.
- Strong understanding of UML and experience with model-based design.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience with software development tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, DevOps).
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
