Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and talented Power Automate Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for designing and building requirements for Robotic Process Automation Designs and Bot Development Maintenance, centered around the seamless integration with existing HR operations. Additional experience in UiPath is preferred. This virtual role provides an excellent opportunity for growth and learning in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Front-End Development: Implement user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and other frameworks (e.g., PowerApps, UiPath, etc.).
  • Back-End Development: Develop server-side logic, define and maintain databases, and ensure high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end using technologies such as Python and JavaScript.
  • RPA (Robotic Process Automation) Bots: Design, build, maintain, and provide expertise on RPA bots using tools, particularly UiPath and Power Automate, to implement innovative solutions to improve HR service delivery.
  • Testing and Debugging: Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure the quality and functionality of applications.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality products.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for code and development processes.

Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in full stack development or related roles.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Leverage tools including, but not limited to, Power Automate, MS Visio, MS Excel, MS Teams, Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, Miro, Mural, AWS, and UiPath Task Capture to support human capital functions.
  • Knowledge of industry and federal hiring practices.
  • Able to provide innovative methods of streamlining efforts working with IT Professionals.
  • Proficiency in both front and back-end technologies.
  • Experience with RPA tools like Power Automate and UiPath.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies and improve existing skills.
