We are currently seeking a Senior ERP Business Analyst to support our team in Chesapeake, VA. This role is contingent upon contract award.
Responsibilities:
• Support Naval Maintenance programs by helping interpret requirements and aligning them with ERP and shipyard processes
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand needs, gather data, and translate findings into actionable improvements
• Assist in process improvement efforts through analysis, documentation, and change management support
• Apply Ship Maintenance Corporate Software Suite functional knowledge to improve workflow efficiency
• Help evaluate processes, identify gaps, and recommend enhancements that support mission goals
• Provide guidance during implementation phases and support the adoption of new or updated processes
This is a full-time, salaried, exempt position.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Industrial Operations, or a related field
• At least 10 years of experience in Naval Maintenance, including direct support of Naval Shipyard Industrial process requirements
• At least 5 years of experience in process improvement, including data gathering, analysis, change management, and implementation support
• At least 5 years supporting process or performance improvement efforts within Naval Shipyards
• At least 5 years of experience with Ship Maintenance Corporate Software Suite functions and processes
• A total of 15 years of experience in process improvement, including data analysis and evaluation activities
• Active Secret security clearance
Preferred Education and Certifications:
• Master's degree
• PMP certification
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Green Belt, or equivalent process improvement certification
The incumbent of this position will be subject to a background investigation and must be able to maintain a Government-granted security clearance.
