- Starting Salary at Permanent Hire: $175,000 - $190,000 & Full Benefits

- Network Design / Architecture Experience
- 10+ Years of Overall IT Experience
Job Description
-Network Design & Planning
Create network blueprints based on business needs
Plan for scalability, performance, and security
-Installation & Configuration
Set up routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points
Configure network hardware and software
-Monitoring & Maintenance
Monitor network performance and uptime
Perform regular maintenance and updates
Use tools like Nagios, SolarWinds, or Wireshark
-Troubleshooting & Support
Diagnose and resolve connectivity issues
Provide technical support for network-related problems
-Security Management
Implement firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection systems
Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices
-Documentation & Reporting
Maintain network diagrams and documentation
Report on network performance and incidents
