Koniag Data Solutions, LLC, a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a Project Manager to support KDS and our government customer. This is a remote opportunity that requires the ability to obtain a Public Trust.

The Project Manager is an integral component of a team supporting a federal client's organizational and digital transformation. The Project Manager job is a senior-level role for someone with at least 5 years of experience in the field, including a minimum of 3 years in a Leadership role. We are looking for a Project Manager with an entrepreneurial spirit to lead our clients' projects as well as function as the conduit between customer success and our Project team to prioritize roadmap work and tackle urgent client issues.

Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to:
  • Must be able to work across multiple operational and technical disciplines and provide direction and oversight through the project lifecycle.
  • Gathering needs from customers and stakeholders and implementing them into the project scope.
  • Work with stakeholders to clearly define the business requirements.
  • Translate and support the team's understanding of priorities and how they contribute to the client's mission.
  • Guide teams and drive solutions for given challenges.
  • Identification and escalation of issues/obstacles to develop products as defined.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
  • Ability to obtain a Public Trust.
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 3+ years of direct work experience in project management capacity, including all aspects of process development and execution.
  • Highly organized and autonomous working style.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Team-oriented and flexible.
  • Hands-on experience managing all stages of the project life cycle.
  • Experience with MS Project, Gantt charts, and reporting.
