Summary:
The SAP Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Invoicing/Interim Financing Consultant will support and optimize invoice processing and interim financing operations within SAP S/4 HANA. This resource will be responsible for solution design, system configuration and stakeholder training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Author functional specifications
- Support the deployment of solution
- Support SIT and UAT execution
- Trouble shooting during SIT/UAT and Production
- Build/Present/Support User Guides per capabilities (Integrated Business Process (IBP) & Stand-alone Business Process (SBP)
- Manage Labor cutover activities
- Manage Labor migration activities
- 4+ years of SAP S/4 HANA experience
- A&D, SAP Manufacturing, Full Rate Production and MRO (Maintenance, Repair and Operations) experience in a rapid SAP deployment scenario in both classified and non-classified environments
- Expert/practical experience with Invoicing of direct procurement for classified and non-classified parts
- Understands Accounts Payable Processing, ERS (Evaluation Receipt Settlement) process and Supplier Invoice Management, Payment Processing, Advance/Interim Finance solution
- Testing of custom enhancements
- Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field
- Experience in greenfield implementations
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
