Seneca Holdings is seeking a Project Manager. Reporting to the Chief Innovation Officer (CINO), the Project Manager will focus on governance activities for select enterprise-wide initiatives and CINO-specific projects. Responsibilities include communication with stakeholders, tracking and documenting project progress, identifying and analyzing risks and issues, making recommendations based on observed trends and feedback, and driving toward outcomes aligned with expected timeframes

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
  • Lead efforts to plan and coordinate cross-functional projects, by defining scope, goals, deliverables, and required resources, maintaining project timelines and documentation
  • Monitor project progress and performance, identifying risks and issues that may arise
  • Facilitate team meetings and project updates, ensuring all stakeholders are informed of project status
  • Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, executive sponsors and oversight committee members
  • Manage project budgets and resources, ensuring efficient allocation of team members and materials
  • Document project requirements, changes, and feedback to ensure alignment with stakeholder expectations and business goals
  • Participate in project retrospectives to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices
  • Conduct all business in accordance with Seneca policies and procedures.
  • All other duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 8 years of experience in project management or coordination
  • Proficient understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile, SAFe and Waterfall
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to communicate effectively across all organizational levels

Desired Skills:
  • Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project or ServiceNow SPM
  • Certification in project management is a plus
  • Familiarity with software development processes and IT infrastructure
  • Experience in SharePoint development and administration is a plus

Physical Activities & Requirements
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time.
  • Constantly operates a computer.
  • Requires repetitive motion associated with heavy computer use.
