The Rochester Knighthawks are seeking a Director of Game Presentation in Rochester, NY.

The Director of Game Presentation is responsible for the production and technical execution of all Rochester Knighthawks home games. This includes show direction and technical operations, as well as content integration and fan engagement.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Lead the development, scripting, and execution of all in-arena programming for Knighthawks home games
  • Serve as the show caller for all Knighthawks home games
  • Collaborate with other Knighthawks departments to integrate campaigns and partnerships into game productions, including tickets, marketing, and partnerships
  • Oversee technical aspects of in-arena production, including video content, lighting, and sound
  • Supervise team of part-time game presentation staff
  • Ensure appropriate timing for all games per league guidelines

Minimum Qualifications for the Position:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, production, communications, or other related field is preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience in live event production, game presentation, or related field within sports, entertainment, or broadcast
  • Experience with production and broadcast equipment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays as required by the team schedule

Compensation at Seneca is based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The range of this position in other geographic locations may differ. The projected compensation range for this position is below. The estimate displayed represents the typical range for this position and is just one component of our total compensation package for employees.

$50 - $150 USD
