Manage and monitor NEN configurations and provisioning.
Support CLIN ordering, seat refresh, and system troubleshooting.
Maintain documentation for network processes and performance metrics.
Collaborate with program teams to implement network improvements.
What You’ll Bring:
6+ years of hands-on NEN or network administration experience.
IAT II certification required.
Strong knowledge of enterprise tools, network hardware, and protocols.
Attention to detail and commitment to mission uptime.
