We’re looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead a high-visibility IT and cybersecurity program supporting the U.S. Navy. Implement best practices in project management, risk mitigation, and performance optimization.
Mentor staff and foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence.
What You’ll Bring:
10+ years of management experience (at least 5 in DoD/Navy IT).
Proven track record leading technical programs with multiple concurrent workstreams.
Strong grasp of DoD acquisition and contracting processes.
PMP certification or DAWIA Level II/III preferred.
Excellent communication and client-relationship skills.
