Job Requirements

At Fearless, the Solutions Advisor is an established advisor and a subject matter expert with an established network who will be crucial in navigating the company's landscape and driving strategic initiatives forward. This role combines deep industry knowledge with a sharp awareness of emerging technologies to tackle complex business challenges for our customers-pivotal in strengthening our reputation and directly influencing the strategic direction of high-profile accounts and/or customers.

The Impact You Will Create:

As a Solutions Advisor at Fearless, you will serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert supporting large-scale digital modernization initiatives for federal healthcare programs. This role blends deep industry knowledge with technical and strategic expertise to guide business and technology decisions that strengthen mission delivery, compliance, and operational efficiency.

You will act as a senior liaison between government stakeholders, program teams, and technical delivery staff-analyzing processes, defining requirements, and recommending functional and data-driven solutions that improve healthcare program administration. As an established advisor, you will help shape Fearless' strategic direction in the federal healthcare sector, influence key accounts, and drive continuous improvement across the organization.

Your Responsibilities in This Role:
  • Serve as a government healthcare business advisor and liaison to CMS and contractor teams, providing authoritative guidance throughout all phases of program delivery.
  • Analyze business processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose functional solutions and process improvements to optimize program performance.
  • Define and document application and system requirements for federal healthcare programs, ensuring compliance with regulations and alignment with mission objectives.
  • Apply domain expertise in Medicare, Medicaid, and other HHS healthcare programs to inform solution design and policy implementation.
  • Lead efforts to achieve efficiencies through automation, modeling, and best practices, incorporating them into the development lifecycle.
  • Partner with delivery teams to translate business needs into actionable system enhancements and technology solutions.
  • Provide strategic consultation to program and project leadership, influencing the direction of enterprise healthcare initiatives.
  • Collaborate across cross-functional teams to ensure technical solutions align with business objectives and compliance requirements.
  • Guide Fearless and client teams in aligning modernization strategies with federal mandates and CMS transformation goals.
  • Serve as a trusted subject matter expert (SME) to account managers and executives, supporting business development efforts by identifying opportunities for growth and expanding relationships within key accounts.
  • Present Fearless' capabilities to potential clients, articulating the value of innovative and compliant technology solutions in addressing healthcare challenges.
  • Encourage innovative approaches to solving complex business and technical problems, contributing to organizational growth and Fearless' reputation as a government technology leader.
  • Provide mentorship and knowledge-sharing to peers and team members, promoting a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and delivery excellence.


Work Experience

Skills and Qualifications We Require at Fearless:

At Fearless, we seek candidates who blend technical know-how with sharp problem-solving and advisory skills to drive real impact in the communities we serve. Here are the key qualifications for this role.

  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience
  • Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, Business, Information Systems, or a related fi eld (or equivalent experience).
  • Advanced degrees or certifications in healthcare management, data analytics, or government policy are preferred.
  • Extensive experience serving as a subject matter expert (SME), consultant, or advisor in federal healthcare programs, including Medicare, Medicaid, or related HHS initiatives.
  • Deep understanding of federal healthcare policies, regulations, and workflows, including the HHS Code of Federal Regulations and the Medicare Program Integrity Manual (PIM)
  • Proven ability to analyze business processes and defi ne functional and system requirements that enhance efficiency, compliance, and automation.
  • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams in developing, implementing, or optimizing healthcare information systems.
  • Strong understanding of federal acquisition processes, program integrity, and healthcare operations.
  • Ability to synthesize complex regulations into actionable recommendations and guide teams through implementation.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with senior government officials, technical teams, and business stakeholders.
  • Recognized expertise in the evaluation, assessment, and administration of large federal programs, ideally within CMS or similar government agencies.
  • Proven record of success in strategic advising, relationship development, and account growth within federal health IT or digital services.


Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to sit for extended periods while working on a computer or during meetings.
  • Must be able to travel occasionally to client sites or company meetings.
  • Ability to communicate effectively via phone, email, and in-person, requiring clear speech, listening, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to move within an office environment, including reaching for files, using office equipment, and occasional light lifting (up to 10 pounds).

The salary range for this position is:

Minimum Salary: $114,844

Salary Midpoint: $149,299

Maximum Salary: $183,752

Hiring Range for Role: $114,844 - $174,000

*For part-time roles, the salary will be pro-rated based on the full-time equivalent salary ranges listed above.
