Job Requirements

At Fearless , this Senior Consultant role requires versatility, leadership , and collaboration across teams and stakeholders to maximize value delivery and adoption. The role ensures alignment of product strategy with client goals, facilitates agile ceremonies and continuous improvement, and provides critical business and functional analysis to deliver high-quality, user-centered solutions. This role will possess the skills to be able to span the domains of product management, scrum leadership, and business analyst at an advanced application level of proficiency . This Consultant role will work on projects that allow them to support agile software development teams and client organizations.

The Impact You Will Create:

As a Senior consultant you will serve as the Program Manager , you will play a critical role in shaping, managing, and delivering digital products and solutions that advance our customer's mission. This position requires versatility, leadership, and collaboration across teams and stakeholders to maximize value delivery and user adoption. The role ensures alignment of product strategy with client goals, facilitates agile ceremonies and continuous improvement, and provides critical business and functional analysis to deliver high-quality, user-centered solutions.

Your Responsibilities in This Role:
  • Develop and manage products by identifying opportunities, conducting market and user research, defining requirements, and creating specifications and release plans.
  • Build and maintain time-integrated product roadmaps and delivery timetables that align with customer objectives, technical dependencies, and measurable milestones.
  • Represent the voice of the customer, translating stakeholder needs into actionable requirements that drive high-quality product delivery.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to refine product vision, clarify user stories, and ensure backlogs are well-defined, prioritized, and continuously aligned to customer mission outcomes.
  • Lead product and delivery discussions, balancing scope, timing, and trade-offs across multiple vendors and cross-functional teams.
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies and foster continuous improvement within delivery teams.
  • Provide consultative support to customer and Fearless leadership by offering actionable insights, defining performance metrics, and applying data-driven decision-making.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor who builds customer intimacy and drives organic growth through collaborative solutioning and transparent communication.
  • Anticipate and manage project risks by monitoring deliverables, identifying potential challenges early, and implementing proactive mitigation strategies.
  • Drive alignment between technical execution and strategic objectives by ensuring all deliverables meet customer quality, security, and compliance standards.
  • Partner with Portfolio Directors and program leadership to communicate progress, risks, and opportunities for improvement across the program.
  • Contribute to proposal efforts, past performance narratives, and staffing plans as part of business development and contract execution.
  • Mentor and coach peers and team members to strengthen Fearless' delivery capability and cultivate a culture of excellence and collaboration.


Work Experience

  • Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent relevant experience
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance
  • Demonstrated experience in product management, agile delivery, and business analysis, preferably within federal or healthcare programs such as Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS).
  • Proven ability to balance business goals, user needs, and technical feasibility to deliver strategic outcomes.
  • Advanced experience managing product backlogs, user stories, and stakeholder alignment in an agile, multi-vendor environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex customer challenges into actionable, outcome-driven requirements.
  • Skilled in product development, requirements analysis, planning, competitive analysis, and financial strategy.
  • Demonstrated consultative abilities including customer engagement, influencing stakeholders, and collaboratively solutioning.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience managing and facilitating cross-functional collaboration to deliver high-quality, high-value solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to anticipate risks, manage dependencies, and ensure delivery alignment with program and client priorities.
  • Experience in healthcare provider domains or with Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) programs is highly preferred.
  • SAFe Agile certification is required.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
  • Proficiency with relevant software tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Productboard, Aha!) and collaboration platforms.


Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to sit for extended periods while working on a computer or during meetings.
  • Must be able to travel occasionally to client sites or company meetings.
  • Ability to communicate effectively via phone, email, and in-person, requiring clear speech, listening, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to move within an office environment, including reaching for files, using office equipment, and occasional light lifting (up to 10 pounds).

The salary range for this position is:

Minimum Salary: $102,540

Salary Midpoint: $133,302

Maximum Salary: $164,064

Hiring Range for Role: $102,540 - $135,000

*For part-time roles, the salary will be pro-rated based on the full-time equivalent salary ranges listed above.
