We are seeking Experienced V-22 Aircraft Maintenance and Modification Technicians to support operations at NAS North Island, CA. This is a hands-on role for professionals with expertise in V-22 aircraft systems, including electrical/avionics and airframe maintenance. You'll be part of a high-performance team ensuring mission readiness and aircraft serviceability through precise modification and repair work.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform assembly, disassembly, and repair of aerospace components using standard maintenance practices.
- Conduct component removal and replacement for testing, repair, or serviceability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve routine and complex functional issues using diagnostic tools and procedures.
- Coordinate modification and maintenance activities to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Execute validation and verification testing of systems and components.
- Document repairs, inspections, and modifications in accordance with contractual and regulatory standards.
- Inspect components for cleanliness and serviceability prior to installation.
- Support depot-level modifications and ensure thorough execution of product changes.
Required Qualifications
- Active Secret Clearance
- Proven experience with V-22 aircraft maintenance and modification.
- Knowledge of general aircraft maintenance processes including FOD control, tool control, and safety protocols.
- Ability to work independently and resolve technical issues with minimal supervision.
Preferred Qualifications
- FAA Airframe and Powerplant License
- Quality Assurance experience
- Extensive Depot-level modification experience
