Lead AI Engineer in ADA / Avionics

Location: Cambridge, MA

Salary: $80-100/hr based on experience level

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
• Experience with AI algorithms and models - 100% or Must needed
• Proficiency in C, C++, Python, or modern coding languages - 100% or Must needed
• Familiarity with automated testing methodologies and frameworks - 100% or Must needed
• Prior experience with the aviation industry is a MUST for this position
• Education Level - Bachelor's Degree is Mandatory in the field of Computer Science

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
• Understanding of CI/CD practices and experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD)
• Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance if sponsored

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Design, develop, document, and implement AI algorithms and models
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into production environments
• Monitor, validate, and improve in-production AI models
• Conduct Safety Risk Management processes for AI models
• Partner with domain experts to understand business requirements and gather feedback
