Zachary Piper Solutions is hiring a Level 4 and Level 5 onsite DevSecOps Engineer to support a project providing quality aircraft engineering solutions and its military, commercial, and heads of state aircraft customers globally in Cambridge, MA. This role focuses on vulnerability management and network engineering, contributing to integration assessments across multiple mission domains.
Security Clearance Required: Active Secret Clearance
Work Location: Cambridge, MA – 100% on-site

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and validate software solutions
Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and testing strategies
Set up test environments and perform test execution
Create and maintain test documentation and automated testing frameworks
Conduct Hardware-In-the-Loop (HIL) testing for avionics systems
Provide leadership and mentorship to junior engineers
Required Qualifications:
Level 4 Competencies:
U.S. Citizenship with active Secret Clearance
CI/CD Platforms: Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, CircleCI
Version Control Systems: Git, GitHub, GitLab
Containerization Technologies: Docker, Kubernetes
Configuration Management Tools: Ansible, Chef, Puppet
Testing Frameworks: Selenium, JUnit, PyTest
Monitoring & Logging Solutions: Prometheus, ELK Stack
Artifact Management: Nexus, Artifactory
Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP (preferred)
AI Integration in CI/CD: Required willingness; familiarity preferred
Level 5 Competencies:
Level 4 competencies plus:
Proven leadership and mentoring expertise
Advanced collaboration with cross-functional teams
Experience in rapid development and safety-critical software environments
Familiarity with AI-driven CI/CD tools (required)
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary Range: $140,000–$170,000 (based on experience)
