Position Overview
Madison Associates, Inc. is seeking a highly qualified and motivated Project Manager to oversee operations at a federal law enforcement agency’s Document Analysis Center located in Rockville, MD. The Center is responsible for converting paper and digital evidence into searchable electronic formats and performing financial data analysis to support federal investigations and judicial proceedings. All activities must comply with chain of custody protocols and federal rules of evidence.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage and prioritize incoming processing requests for document and data analysis.
• Direct and supervise a team of approximately 3–5 analysts, ensuring balanced workloads and adherence to deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with all chain of custody requirements and federal evidentiary standards.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation and reports on analysis results and operational activities.
• Collaborate and liaise with federal criminal investigators to assess analytical needs, define project objectives, and solicit new assignments.
• Identify and recommend new technologies, tools, or software solutions to improve efficiency, enhance analytical capabilities, and expand service offerings.

Qualifications
Preferred Experience:
• Background as a federal criminal investigator or experience supporting federal law enforcement investigations.
• Strong experience in financial investigations or forensic document/data analysis.
Required:
• Ability to obtain and maintain a High Public Trust clearance.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Demonstrated experience managing analytical or investigative teams.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining evidentiary integrity.

Additional Information
This is an onsite, full-time contractor position with no associated benefits. However, the hourly rate is highly competitive. The selected candidate will play a key role in supporting federal law enforcement efforts through data integrity, analytical precision, and strict compliance with investigative standards.
