Summary:
● SYSTOLIC is seeking Tier 1 & 2 support for Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) systems.
Qualifications & Compensation:
● $230/yr+
● Seven (7) years experience and a Bachelor's Degree
● Twelve (12) years experience and no degree
Job Description:
● Monitor ICAM systems, resolve end-user access issues, and assist development teams with RESTful Web Services.
● Utilize JIRA and Redmine for ticket management.
● Troubleshoot system applications, modify Confluence pages, and create technical documentation.
● Requires expertise in PKI, SQL, and Linux.
● Experience with or knowledge of:
● Online and telephone customer support
● Public Key Infrastructure (PKI)
● Attribute Based Access Control (ABAC)
● Entitlements Management
● LDAP directories
● SQL and basic database querying abilities
● RESTful services
● Ticket tracking systems (e.g., JIRA, Redmine, ServiceNow)
● Linux operating systems
The 24x7 shift rotates over 10 weeks in five 2-week periods as follows. Day and Mid shifts are 12 hours (6am-6pm, 6pm-6am), Straights are M-F (8 hours per day). Shift differential is available for the Mid shifts.
● Period 1 – Mids – 4 on, 3 off, 3 on, 4 off
● Period 2 – Days – 3 on, 4 off, 4 on, 3 off
● Period 3 – Days – 3 off, 4 on, 4 off, 3 on
● Period 4 – Mids – 4 off, 3 on, 3 off, 4 on
● Period 5 – Straights – M-F only, 8 hours per day.
Day and Mid Shifts at a Government facility. Straights at a Contractor facility. All locations are in the Ft. Meade, MD area
