Boeing Visual Media Solutions in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Creative Operations Support Manager (Level K) to help lead a growing creative capability. Role requires leading large teams driving creative solutions, leveraging real time technologies and innovative approaches to production. This position will be responsible for integrating with teams across the enterprise in support of a multitude of creative projects spanning commercial and defense platforms.

This position will be responsible for integrating with teams across the enterprise in support of a multitude of creative projects spanning commercial and defense platforms.
Position Responsibilities:
- Manage employees performing activities in the area of Commercial Training, Government Training, and Sales and Marketing support.
- Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports.
- Ensure customer commitments and requirements are understood, documented, communicated, and delivered on-time with first-time quality
- Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals
- Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes.
- Oversee BOE development for proposals supporting new business initiatives.
- Manages, develops and motivates employees
- Collaborate with multiple functions including but not limited to BCA Engineering, BDS engineering, technical publications, PLM, APS, product support, training systems, and finance
- Develop, monitor and maintain performance metric and reporting tools used to brief senior and executive leadership
- Drive process improvements and cost reduction initiatives to increase efficiency and competitiveness
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 7+ years of experience working within creative solutions for use in training products and marketing material.
- 5+ years of experience leading projects or teams formally or informally.
- 5+ years' written and verbal communication skills, and must be able to effectively communicate data in Senior Leadership briefings
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Previous leadership roles as lead or manager.
- Experience with SAFe Agile development
- Experience supporting defense acquisition and proposal development
- Experience with real time solutions (Unity & Unreal)
- Existing Secret Clearance
