Description:
You will be the System Integration, Test, and Evaluation (IT&E) Engineer to support a program's system integration and system qualification initiatives in Orlando, FL. Our team is responsible for executing sub-system and system level integration and tests for new and existing products.
What You Will Be Doing
As the IT&E Engineer, you will be responsible for working in the laboratory onsite:
• Generating and executing sub-system and system level integration and test plans/procedures
• Supporting the preparation of test equipment and facilities required for test events
• Supporting Design Verification Tests (DVT) and Qualification tests, including Environmental Stress Screening (ESS), Electromagnetic Interference (EMI), and Functional Acceptance Test Procedures (ATP) for new hardware
• Support Failure investigations and resolution of hardware, software and test equipment anomalies that have occurred during system and subsystem testing
• Provide engineering evaluations of redesigns or upgrades to the existing missile
• This position requires the ability to travel domestically to support program test events and meetings.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must have the ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance. A Final Secret Clearance is required to start.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Integration and Test (I&T)
• Strong understanding of test planning, test
execution, and test analysis principles
• Experience with test fixture design, test procedure development, and test script creation
• Interim Secret Clearance required to start
Desired Skills:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Master's degree in Engineering, Physics, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in I&T, with a focus on
environmental testing and Design DVT
• Experience with HALT testing and production, latent manufacturing defect testing
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations, such as MIL-STD-810 and DO-160
• Familiarity with test automation frameworks and
tools, such as LabVIEW or TestStand
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools, such as MATLAB or Python
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic
environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
• Strong problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze complex test data and provide recommendations for
product design improvements
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail, with ability to ensure
accurate and reliable test results
