Our DoD/Aerospace client is looking to fill a Systems Engineering Support Specialist - Conventional Prompt Strike position that just opened in Pittsfield, MA. In this role, you will join a cross-functional engineering team delivering integrated hardware, software, and systems solutions. To be considered, you will have a Bachelor's Degree plus a minimum of 2 years of related experience.

Role Summary
As a Systems Engineering Support Specialist on the Conventional Prompt Strike (CPS) program, you will join a cross-functional engineering team delivering integrated hardware, software, and systems solutions. This role may focus on one or more of the following areas:
- Test & Integration Engineering: Hardware/software validation, verification, and performance testing
- Requirements Engineering: Documenting, analyzing, and managing system requirements
- Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE): System modeling, simulations, and design analysis
- Hardware-Systems Engineering: Design, integration, and troubleshooting of hardware systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience); Master's degree preferred
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience
- Strong understanding of systems engineering principles, requirements management, and modeling tools
- Ability to learn quickly, manage complexity, and thrive in collaborative environments
- U.S. citizenship required
Security Clearance
- Department of Defense Secret clearance preferred at time of hire
- Applicants will undergo a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information
