Our DoD/Aerospace client is looking to fill an Experienced Systems Engineer - Nuclear Weapons Security position that just opened in Pittsfield, MA. In this role, you will join a cross-functional team responsible for designing advanced security and information systems and maintaining deployed systems critical to national security. To be considered, you will have a Bachelor's Degree plus a minimum of 5 years of related experience.

Role Overview
As a Systems Engineer supporting the Nuclear Weapons Security program, you will join a cross-functional team responsible for designing advanced security and information systems and maintaining deployed systems critical to national security.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement secure, mission-critical systems for DoD programs.
- Perform requirements decomposition and system modeling.
- Develop and execute test procedures to validate system performance.
- Collaborate across engineering disciplines to ensure compliance with technical standards.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering or related STEM field; Master's degree preferred.
- Experience:
- 5+ years of relevant experience (or Master's + 3 years).
- Agile development experience preferred.
- Clearance: DoD Secret clearance preferred at time of hire; U.S. citizenship required.
Preferred Skills
- IBM DOORS, Simulink
- Requirements decomposition and test procedure development
- Windows PowerShell, Cisco Networking
- OS administration (Linux, Windows), virtualization
- Cybersecurity tools implementation and administration
- Database administration (Mongo preferred)
