What You'll Do
You'll be part of the action from start to finish-helping ensure top-quality software and seamless releases that support USPS operations nationwide.
- Review requirement specifications and perform production validations before rollout
- Track and document software defects in Application Lifecycle Management (ALM)
- Develop and test Change Requests, including ADD files, Test Cases, and Test Scripts
- Conduct End-to-End and Regression Testing across software and infrastructure releases
- Collaborate with engineers and developers to verify system performance and reliability
- Apply creative problem-solving and sound judgment to meet deadlines and quality goals
What You Bring
- Bachelor's Degree (must be from a U.S.-accredited program; ABET preferred)
- 0-3 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access) and specialized testing tools
- Strong analytical and mathematical abilities
- Attention to detail and a passion for quality assurance
- Flexibility to work extended hours when needed
Other Details
- Must be able to sit, stand, and work at a computer for extended periods
- Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening to obtain a public trust clearance
