Project Manager - USPS Facilities, Repair and Alterations Programs

Take the lead on high-visibility USPS facility security projects that keep operations protected and running smoothly. We're looking for a Project Manager with deep experience managing work orders for security systems, small construction repairs, and fast-paced facilities needs-all while maintaining strict compliance and performance standards.
In this role, you'll manage end-to-end security projects-from coordinating vendors and field teams to ensuring every deliverable meets USPS performance, safety, and compliance standards. You'll support and evaluate updates to USPS Building Design Standards, with a strong emphasis on security requirements and regulatory alignment.

- Evaluate and provide input on Building Design Standard updates, focusing on security standards and compliance improvements.
- Respond to and manage projects through the USPS ticketing system with accuracy and urgency.
- Maintain thorough, detailed documentation within USPS systems, ensuring full accountability and audit readiness.
- Prepare and deliver clear project reports and updates to upper management.

What You Bring:
- Bachelor's degree (required)
- 7+ years of experience in facilities security, project management, or related disciplines
- Expertise in federal facilities standards and security system design preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to travel and work flexible hours when needed
