Target Salary Range: $135,000 - $216,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.

About The Role
Peraton is seeking a Technology, Innovation & Engineering Task Manager to join its' Federal Strategic Cyber program to support a high-impact cybersecurity and technology program focused on securing global infrastructure and enabling innovative, effective, and secure business processes.

Role and Responsibilities:
- Provide management and leadership to the front office and its divisions in strategic planning, programmatic, process improvement, and team management.
- Manage the support team to the Office Director's needs for daily operations, assessing cost, schedule, performance, and risks. Maintain an issue management approach that improves reaction to tactical issues within the office's environment.
- Works with the PMO to provide contract oversight, deliverables, risk management, work-products, and key reporting needs for the program.
- Provide administrative staffing oversight to the team inclusive of resource management, personnel growth, and mentorship. Maintain staff growth and improvement through recognition activities, training planning, and performance tracking.
- Provide a roadmap of Office capabilities and technology growth in line with cyber security, emerging technology, and facilities technologies.
- Seek opportunities to enable Peraton's best cyber practices, research and development, and technology SME guidance to support the TIE mission.
- Manage subcontractor performance alignment to Peraton's quality of delivery standards.
- Align office activities to the contract, directorate mission, and PMO including quality, risk, and delivery management.
- Provide design, architecture, and engineering cyber and technical direction and leadership. This may include policy analysis, technical capability assessment, governance, and architecture review.
- Manage contractor divisional support with three task leads and their requisite teams. Provide oversight, collaboration, and leadership.
- Create and brief executive level strategy to Sr Federal leadership, including structuring of meetings and outcome-based reporting.
- Maintain an agile delivery model process improvement and related software delivery initiatives.
- Apply or assist with application of formal methods in security architecture, security system design and engineering, and security technology integration and deployment.
- Plan for dedicated in-office support in Rosslyn, VA, with ability to conduct hybrid work, local travel to support sites in the DC Metropolitan area, and potential travel world-wide as necessary to support the Office Post engagement activities.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and minimum of 14 years of relevant experience; 12 years with Masters; An additional 4 years of related experience may be substituted in lieu of the degree requirement.
- To be considered for this position, applicants must either currently hold one of the professional certifications listed below or obtain one prior to their start date. Continued certification is required as a condition of employment.

- CISSP (or Associate)

- Demonstrated experience in managing large diverse teams with differing abilities and functions.
- Experience in IT, cyber security, and/or other projects related to critical network infrastructure protection.
- Experience in IT Cloud based security infrastructure protection.
- Demonstrated oral and written communications skills.
- Experience in cyber security systems or cyber solutions design.
- Demonstrated ability to provide cyber security guidance at the authoritative level.
- U.S. citizenship required.
- An active Top Secret security clearance.
