The facility manager will perform a variety of administrative duties in the management of an off-site contractor facility including, but not limited to:

Details
Target Salary Range: $80,000 - $128,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.

Program Overview
About The Role
Peraton's National Programs Business Intelligence Systems & Applications Operating Unit has a need for an experienced Office Manager.
The facility manager will perform a variety of administrative duties in the management of an off-site contractor facility including, but not limited to:
- Serving as the primary point of contact for the facility. Greet visitors and direct them to appropriate offices or meeting rooms to eliminate congested workspaces. Acts as the liaison between the property managers and Peraton
- Ensure building management policy, protocol and policies align with those of Peraton and are consistent with other Peraton-managed facilities.
- Ensure hiring managers are using proper form for new hires, adds, departures and communicating to IT and Facilities. With this information, perform seat assignments audits semi-annually for classified and unclassified spaces. Provide findings to Facilities to be uploaded into CAFM on the Peraton portal.
- Performing normal office functions such ordering and maintaining supplies
- Overseeing the workspace seating, hoteling and scheduling of conference rooms; Supporting the OU lead and PMs ordering meals and expensing meals
- Acts as the Environmental Health and Safety Liaison. Responsible for ensuring compliance with environmental safety laws. These responsibilities are reporting things such as slips and falls. Providing basic first aid kits and conducting evacuation training. Update and post employee information boards with Labor Laws, Emergency and EH&S information and other pertinent site information.
- Create wayfinding signage for new hires, adds, transfers, or moves. Ensure all signage is consistent in design/branding.
- Assist in maintaining seating charts at the facility and overall locations of the OU
- Maintains group email lists to ensure that all pertinent information is disseminated in a timely manner.
- Work with hiring managers and local system administrators to assign seating, brief new hires on Emergency Evac plans and give an overview of the facility.
- Coordinate facility issues with Facilities Management team and property/building management/engineer. Submits maintenance requests using the appropriate systems for the facility.
- Assist security and IT with escorting when outside vendors need access to secure space.
- Ensure custodial services are being provided according to the contract in place.
- Other duties as assigned to support the OU and facility
Qualifications
2 years with BS/BA; 0 years with MS/MA; 6 years with no degree; an additional 4 years of experience can be considered in lieu of degree
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of basic IT equipment and software
- Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Dependable and a self-starter with proven problem solving capabilities
- Be able to multi-task and take initiative to perform the duties supporting the program
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Must have a TS/SCI Clearance and ability to obtain a polygraph
- Graphic Arts background
