Join the Boeing Information Technology (IT) Engineering and Product Support Group, where we deliver comprehensive software solutions that empower engineering and manufacturing product data for Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS), and Boeing Commercial Airplane (BCA) organizations!

Position Responsibilities:
- Tests, implements, documents and maintains computing applications
- Gathers and evaluates end user requirements
- Modifies or upgrades applications to maintain software functionality
- Reviews system performance, validates and recommends improvements
- Performs system integration, hardware and software installation, configuration and disposition of servers and workstations to support the architecture
- Provides problem resolution and technical support for delivery systems
- Administers users' system access and works to protect information to meet security and Information Technology (IT) compliance requirements
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 3+ years of experience with PTC Creo Parametric and Windchill
- 3+ years of experience troubleshooting computer-aided design and computer-aided manufacturing (CADCAM) issues
- Experience with Creo Parametric toolkits
- Experience with Engineering to Manufacturing processes
- Experience with software configuration management (Client/server)
- Experience working with cross-functional or cross-organizational teams to develop and/or support IT project plans and schedules
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- 5+ years of experience with PTC Creo Parametric, Windchill
- 5+ years of experience troubleshooting CADCAM issues
- Experience with Model Based System Engineering (MBSE), Model Base Design (MBD), Model Based Instruction (MBI), Augmented Reality (AR - Vuforia)
- Experience with End users with support issues
