Responsibilities for the Cloud Engineer include:
- Design, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure across Azure and AWS, ensuring performance and availability.
- Implement automation tools like Terraform, Ansible, and CloudFormation to streamline operations and CI/CD pipelines.
- Ensure compliance with DoD and FedRAMP standards through collaboration with security and system teams.
- Support cloud migrations and document architectures and processes in alignment with DISA guidelines.
Qualifications for the Cloud Engineer include:
- 5+ years of experience in cloud engineering or systems administration.
- Proficient in Azure and AWS infrastructure, with strong knowledge of IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS models.
- Skilled in Kubernetes, Docker, microservices architecture, and scripting (PowerShell, Python, Bash).
- Familiar with DoD Cloud Computing SRG and FedRAMP compliance frameworks.
- Active Secret Clearance
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
Compensation for the Cloud Engineer include:
- Salary Range: $100,000 - $115,000 based on years of experience
- Benefits: Cigna Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k Plan, PTO (Paid Time Off), Holidays, Sick leave as required by law
