The successful Grow Sustainment - Proposal Integration candidate will execute Aeronautics Sustainment Operations proposal activities, supporting business captures through the proposal process to contract award.

This position will be in direct support of Fort Worth based F-35 and Integrated Fighter Group (IFG) Sustainment proposal efforts. This position is responsible understanding potential business from proposals that contain Sustainment scope of work. This position will have responsibility for the accuracy of the proposed efforts and its demands on Sustainment resources. The candidate for this position will work as an integrator across the Sustainment Operations function, Business Development, Contracts, Pricing & Estimating and Program Management teams to ensure Sustainment proposal inputs comply with contractual obligations. This position will assist in development of proposal metrics, databases of past efforts, and working with the Sustainment capability teams on estimates of future business.

Occasional domestic travel may be required.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited university, with preferred degree in one of the following:
Industrial Engineering
Supply Chain / Logistics Management
Systems Engineering

Familiarity with project management skillset

Ability to capture and translate data using business management tools

Ability of foster partnerships and leverage integration skills to yield results

Ability to obtain a DoD Secret security clearance
Desired Skills:
Strong organizational, time management and planning skills, along with high level of attention to detail

Strong written and oral communication skills

Demonstrated use of business tools for efficiency is a plus. For example, creation of dashboards or use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) for project efficiency

Process Improvement orientated individual

Knowledge of Supply Operations, Logistics, or the elements Sustainment is a plus

Creative self-starter with ability to work proactively to accomplish objectives

US military service and/or experience in the aviation industry a plus
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
