Description:You will be a System Integration & Test Engineer - Sensor Suites for the Architecture, Design, Integration & Test (ADIT) - 5th Generation Platforms System Integration & Test (SI&T) team.
Our team is responsible for mission‑system capability integration, verification, validation, and regression testing of advanced sensor subsystems (Radar, EW, Counter‑measures, Communications, Navigation & Identification, Electro‑Optical) across all 5th‑generation platform modernization efforts.

What You Will Be Doing:
As the System Integration & Test Engineer, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and continuously improving system‑level functional tests of sensor suites. Your responsibilities will include:
• Developing test plans and procedures for radar, EW, CNI, EO and related subsystems, documenting objectives and criteria.
• Coordinating test objectives and executing tests across agile development teams, ensuring alignment with program milestones.
• Conducting system‑level testing in hardware‑in‑the‑loop, blended virtual‑hardware, and pure virtual test venues, supporting pilot‑ and maintenance‑level use cases.
• Ensuring processes and actively reviewing them to drive continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Providing coverage for 2nd‑shift and weekend work as required to meet testing schedules.

This position is in Fort Worth, TX Discover Fort Worth.

You will need to be a US Citizen, and currently possess and be able to maintain a US DoD SECRET clearance, to support this government contract, as well as successfully pass a drug and background check, in order to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in an engineering field or STEM discipline.

• Experience in lab integration and test.

• Experience in systems engineering development and integration processes.

• System work experience with integration and test of Communication, Navigation & Identification (CNI).
Desired Skills:
• Program clearances desired.

• Familiarity with Mission Systems Integration Labs or Virtual Test Labs (MSIL and VTL).

• Familiarity with Mission Systems architectures.

• Experience with software test design, software debug, lab integration, and test.

• Experience with Linux Operating Systems.

• Experience with Open System Architecture and Common Systems.

• Hardware-in-the loop Simulation Experience.

• Systems Engineering Development and Integration experience.

• Systems Integration Lab development experience.

• Experienced working with multiple engineering teams.

• Demonstrated communication skills, written and oral with senior level management and internal/external customers.

• Technical Experience/Background Experience with developing system requirements, software requirements, or hardware requirements.

• Experience in Mission Systems capabilities within aircraft platform(s).
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
