Description:Lockheed Martin Ocala, FL is hiring a senior‑level Quality Analyst to support our Quality Engineering team. In this strategic role you will develop and maintain key quality dashboards and metrics, and partner with senior leadership to drive corrective‑action initiatives.
What You Will Be Doing
Duties include but are not limited to:
• Develop & Maintain Quality Dashboards - Create and update CAT, CAB, and Senior CAB charts to monitor and uphold quality standards.
• Lead corrective‑action initiatives - Collaborate with senior leadership and cross‑functional teams to drive corrective‑action meetings, monitor commitments, and ensure timely resolutions.
• Data Analysis & Reporting - Consolidate data from multiple sources, resolve discrepancies (simple to complex), and produce standardized reports and templates for Quality Assurance.
• Identify & Act on Improvement Opportunities - Analyze quality metrics, spot trends, and recommend targeted corrective actions and control measures to sustain continuous improvement.
• Process Improvement & Proactive Mindset - Identify opportunities, design solutions, and implement enhancements before problems arise.

Basic Qualifications:
• This position will be located at a facility that requires special access and requires the selected candidate to be a US Citizen.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (or equivalent combination of education and experience) from an accredited institution.
• Ability to obtain Secret clearance.
• Troubleshooting and creative thinking to present viable solutions as problems arise
• Proficient in root‑cause analysis techniques, such as Five Whys and Fishbone (Ishikawa) diagrams.
• Proficiency with data‑visualization and presentation tools (e.g., Advance Excel, Tableau, Power BI, Business Objects).
• Demonstrated track record in data analytics, including metric development, monitoring, and reporting.
• Effective communication skills, written, oral, listening, technical writing.
• Effective interpersonal skills, including team building and collaboration.
Desired Skills:
• Experience in reading and interpreting engineering specifications, drawings, and technical planning documents.
• Solid understanding of quality‑process methodologies and continuous‑improvement principles (i.e. Six Sigma. Lean, TQM, SPC, FMEA)
• Ability to adopt quickly to new technologies, methodologies, and evolving quality systems.
• Meticulous in reviewing documentation, test results, and quality results to catch even subtle deviations and trends.

These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
