Responsibilities
OBXtek is hiring a Systems Integration Engineer IV for the PLMSS program at Scott AFB, IL.The following tasks are the minimum. Additional tasks may be added as directed by the Program/Government
Engineering Services for System Integration (Sys Int) Program.
The Sys Int program has specific stringent timeline requirements . The contractor shall provide the following services for Sys Int without delay or impact to schedules:
a. Author and coordinate Web Services Agreements (WSAs) and Information Services
Agreements.
b. Coordinate engineering artifacts required by USTRANSCOM/PEO-T.
c. Coordinate Mobility Air Forces (MAF)-CAF Air Operations Center (AOC) integration
due to ongoing C2AOS/C2IS-MEIS 4 risk reduction, DT&E activities, and backwards
compatibility requirements.
d. Attend increased number of Technical Exchange Meetings and testing activities
associated with MEIS 4 - Mission Partner integration.
e. Senior System Engineers to support enterprise engineering and analysis efforts which
include reviewing WSDL/Schemas, providing Data and Engineering support Analysis of
Alternatives, Cross Domain, Cloud support, System Interoperability Engineering and
Analysis, Model Based System Engineering efforts, etc., for AMC and AFLCMC.
Senior System Engineer shall:
1. Under minimal supervision, provide analysis related to the design, development
and integration of hardware, software, man-machine interfaces, and all system
level requirements to provide an integrated IT solution.
2. Develop integrated system test requirements, strategies, devices, and system level
requirements to provide an integrated IT solution.
3. Apply detailed knowledge of a wide range of IA concepts, practices, and
procedures to ensure the secure integration and operation of IT systems.
4. Conduct security assessments and security consulting services, and analyze
information security requirements.
5. Be familiar with analyzing and preparing documentation in support of
implementing the Risk Management Framework (RMF) security posture.
Qualifications
Secret Clearance required.
Bachelors in IT related field
(Masters preferred)
10+ years relevent experience
CISSP or similar
