Program Manager (PM)
Description:
The PM shall be responsible for managing the contractor workforce consistent with the workload priorities and assignments determined by respective XU management, to include the Contracting Officer Representative (COR), and group leads.
• The PM shall provide and be responsible for project direction through successful performance of a variety of detailed, diverse project management tasks. The PM shall direct completion of tasks within estimated timeframes and budget constraints, while interfacing with client counterparts when appropriate. The PM shall serve as the project manager or designate one of the on-site contractor personnel to serve as the project manager.
• The PM shall be responsible for managing contract funding. The PM shall ensure that the obligated funding is fully utilized to provide the required workforce to complete the tasks. The PM shall keep the COR notified of any anticipated over-burn or under-burn during the period of performance.
• The PM shall provide leadership and support accomplish all tasks and activities stated within the Task Order SOW and shall communicate directly to the Task Lead and COR.
• The PM shall attend required meetings, as set by the client, and provide status updates on projects. It is anticipated that meeting will be held weekly, but the frequency is subject to change with mission requirements.
Minimum Education: Bachelors degree in computer science, computer engineering, software engineering, electrical engineering, computer information security, computer security or network administration from an accredited college or university or Masters in computer science or related/technical field.
Minimum Experience: 8 years of experience as a senior level or lead technical lead in a related position on a major program, project, or activity.
Preferred Experience: Advanced Management, Executive Development, and/or PMP certification
Additional education, training, and certification or work experience may be substituted in lieu of degree or work experience at the Government’s discretion.
Clearance
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Top Secret clearance required.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range: $100,000 - $160,000 (Compensation is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, work experience, skills, education, certifications, seniority, and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.)
