Haweo is seeking a QLIK Developer to join our team in support of our Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Supply Chain Architecture/Initiatives contract in the Mechanicsburg, PA area. The successful candidate will be required to utilize technical expertise and security credentials to support NAVSUP's mission within a classified environment. The proposed developer will design, develop, and maintain dashboards, data pipelines, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for secure data development, ensuring compliance with DoD cybersecurity and data handling requirements.
The developer will enable NAVSUP to transform complex logistics and operational readiness data into actionable insights while maintaining strict separation and control of classified and unclassified data environments.
What will you do?
* Develop, test, and deploy dashboards and reports within NAVSUP's classified environment, Secure Internet Protocol Router Network (SIPRNet).
* Establish repeatable and auditable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for data handling and dashboard development.
* Enable cross-domain data integration-securely ingesting approved unclassified data sources into the classified environment in compliance with DoD and NAVSUP security protocols.
* Support data validation, quality assurance, and sustainment of analytic capabilities for logistics and supply chain operations.
* Assist in providing weekly progress reports to NAVSUP COR and technical POC
Requirements/Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree
* 3-5 years Qlik Sense / QlikView development experience
* Expertise in SQL, ETL tools, and data modeling
* Experience with DoD or federal classified environments
* Familiarity with Cross-Domain Solutions (CDS)
* Strong documentation and SOP development skills
* Candidate must possess a Secret Security Clearance and meet all DoD 8570 requirements.
* Candidate must be within traveling distance (i.e. 50 miles) from NAVSUP Command in Mechanicsburg, PA. Ability to develop remotely is available, but on-site support will also be required.
Physical Requirements:
Work may involve sitting or standing for extended periods of time. Position may require typing and reading from a computer screen. Must have sufficient mobility, including but not limited to bending, reaching, and kneeling to complete daily duties in a timely and efficient manner. There is a possibility that due to parking availability and location of work, walking moderate to long distance may be required. Possible lifting up to 25lbs.
Due to this being a contract position working for the US government all candidates must be a U.S. citizen and pass a criminal background check as well as a drug test.
