Work you'll do

The Reserve Integration Program Analyst provides program support and process improvement for the coordination and integration of Reserve component personnel within a large organization. This role supports strategic readiness initiatives, program oversight, and assists in the development, tracking, and reporting of force management activities. The analyst works alongside senior managers to ensure reserve activations, allocations, and readiness assessments are efficiently managed, contributing to overall organizational effectiveness and agility in addressing operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update trackers for Reserve component activations and related administrative and planning requirements.
  • Develop and sustain trackers ensuring visibility on Reserve unit support to organizational exercises and initiatives.
  • Monitor readiness metrics for assigned and allocated units, and provide regular analytic reports for leadership and stakeholders.
  • Compile, analyze, and report data related to Reserve force utilization, activation timelines, budget constraints, and readiness.
  • Manage administrative processes for onboarding and maintaining Reserve personnel records, ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory guidance.
  • Standardize and communicate Service Component roles and responsibilities, especially for transitions from routine operations to crisis actions.
  • Develop and maintain a centralized repository of policies, procedures, and best practices for Reserve integration and force management.
  • Liaise with other departments, headquarters, and stakeholders to enable activations, allocations, and readiness assessments.
  • Recommend and implement improvements to Reserve integration, readiness tracking, and force management practices, supporting greater efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Create and maintain SOPs and other documentation related to Reserve integration and readiness activities.
  • Support development, updating, and maintenance of force management plans, focusing on Reserve contributions.
  • Coordinate Reserve unit participation in organizational exercises, tracking all associated requirements.
  • Assist with readiness assessment, analyzing unit readiness and recommending support actions

Qualifications

Required:
  • 8+ years of relevant experience in program analysis, personnel management, or related field
  • Experience in data analysis and reporting
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience
  • Active Secret clearance
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • Ability to travel 15-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clientsandindustries/sectorsyou serve


Preferred:
  • Master's degree preferred
  • Relevant experience in administrative roles
  • PMP certification
  • Prior experience supporting Reserve or personnel integration programs.
  • Knowledge of organizational, military, or government force management principles.
  • Experience with process improvement in large-scale or matrixed organizations.
  • Experience working with force management processes or systems is preferred
  • Knowledge of Reserve component policies, procedures, or principles is desirable
  • Ability to develop and manage trackers, databases, and reporting tools


The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $113,325 to $188,875.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
