Overview:

DirectViz Solutions (DVS) is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to support the Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) by providing programmatic, analytical, and operational oversight across the full spectrum of IT and Cyber support services. This role ensures that program objectives, schedules, and resources are effectively aligned to maintain secure, reliable, and mission-ready systems across both classified and unclassified environments.

Serving as a key liaison between technical teams and government leadership, the Senior Program Analyst monitors performance metrics, identifies risks, and develops actionable recommendations to improve efficiency and compliance. The position requires strong knowledge of DoD program management processes, IT governance frameworks, and data-driven decision support to sustain continuous improvement and operational excellence throughout NSWCDD's enterprise IT environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide programmatic and analytical support to ensure effective planning, execution, and oversight of NSWC Dahlgren's IT and Cyber operations across classified and unclassified environments.
  • Track and analyze project schedules, budgets, risks, and performance metrics to maintain mission readiness and contract compliance.
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and briefings for government leadership to communicate program status, trends, and recommendations.
  • Coordinate with technical teams in system administration, cybersecurity, and network operations to align resources and resolve performance or delivery issues.
  • Support requirements management, configuration control, and documentation in accordance with DoD, DON, and NAVSEA policies.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining standard operating procedures, process improvements, and IT governance frameworks (ITIL, DESMF, RMF).
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders, contractors, and government personnel to ensure transparency and timely issue resolution.
  • Identify opportunities for efficiency, automation, and continuous improvement in IT and program management processes.

Required Qualifications:

Experience:
  • Six (6) years of professional experience in relation to IT and network acquisition, analysis, planning, integrated logistics support, enterprise architecture, management support, and program cost analysis.

Certifications: One of the following
  • CASP
  • CISA
  • CISSP (or Assoc)
  • GCED
  • GCIH

Clearance: Active Secret security clearance.

Preferred Skills and Knowledge:
  • Bachelor's degree in a business or technical field (preferred).
