Acquisition Specialist - TS Required (5327)

Kiliuda, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking an Acquisition Specialist with a Top Secret Clearance to join our team in Dahlgren, VA.

Position Responsibilities:

• Provide senior acquisition management support to the government acquisition manager in the execution of existing programs and the development of new acquisition initiatives
  
• Planning, organizing, managing critical aspects of the engineering, development, production and/or deployment of systems and equipment
  
• Support to various project actions and activities to include meetings, vendor performance tracking, milestone planning, briefing preparation, staff coordination, risk management and decision document preparation
  
• Deliver comprehensive, economical and actionable solutions for both programmatic and operational domains
  
• Provide strategic advice, technical guidance and requirements expertise to program and project staff; Provide detailed analysis, evaluation and recommendations for improvements, optimization of requirements development, and/or maintenance efforts for client-specific or mission critical challenges/issues;
  
• Support the development of long-term plans including the Program Objective Memorandum (POM) process. The POM includes an analysis of missions, objectives, alternative methods to accomplish objectives, and allocation of resources. The contractor shall analyze the POM inputs, compare against current long term plans, and offer mitigation solutions for disconnects. The contractor shall develop budgets, spend plans and other financial documents to support obligations and budget execution.
  

Position Requirements:

• 10 years of relevant experience with Air Force acquisition processes, procedures and functions and a bachelors or master's degree with a minimum of 24 semester credit hours in Business Administration, Public Administration, Accounting, Finance or related course work.
  
• Top Secret Clearance
