Role Overview:
The Business Analyst operates as a non-Information Systems technical expert, providing comprehensive knowledge in business process and system analysis, design, improvement, and implementation efforts. This role focuses on translating complex business process needs into actionable requirements to support management's performance improvement goals. This position is primarily remote with travel as requested. It requires availability during EST business hours. US Citizenship is required with a Public Trust or the ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities and Duties (Included but not limited to):
- Provide expertise in business process and system analysis, design, improvement, and implementation efforts.
- Translate business process needs into technical requirements.
- Use available computer systems resources and personnel to carry out analysis aimed at supporting ** management's quest for performance improvement** and determining the most useful business solution.
- Determine and document user requirements for business processes and abide by those requirements for future projects.
- Review and analyze information, forecasts, methods, schedules, systems, processes, and procedures.
- May implement a comprehensive management plan for each project and hold regular stakeholder meetings to keep interested parties updated on project progress.
- Provide expertise in, but not limited to, Configuration Management, Strategic Planning, Knowledge Management, Business Analysis, and Technical Analysis.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and/or equivalency
- Six (6) years of progressive experience demonstrating the required proficiency
- Experience in strategic planning or process re-engineering.
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse internal and external stakeholder groups.
- Ability to obtain Public Trust Security Clearance.

- Demonstrated ability to perform more independent thinking and difficult tasks
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and multitask.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
