Systems Engineering Support Specialist
Pittsfield, MA
Contract Position

This leader in global defense integrates advanced technology to deliver information and insights on the battlefield, offering roles that support security and technological superiority across multiple domains.
Responsibilities:
Deliver technical systems engineering support in one or more specialized areas:
- Test & Integration Engineering: Perform hardware/software validation, verification, and performance testing to ensure system compliance.
- Requirements Engineering: Document, analyze, trace, and manage system-level requirements throughout the program lifecycle.
- Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE): Support system modeling, simulation activities, and architecture/design analysis using MBSE tools and frameworks.
- Hardware-Systems Engineering: Assist with design, integration, and troubleshooting of complex hardware systems within mission-critical environments.
Qualifications:
- U.S. Citizenship is required by Federal Law
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or related field; OR 4 years of job-related experience in lieu of degree.
- Experience: Minimum 2+ years of relevant systems engineering experience, or a Master's degree in a related field.
- Systems Engineering Knowledge: Solid understanding of systems engineering concepts, principles, technical standards, and practices.
- Requirements Management: Familiarity with requirements management tools such as DOORS, Jama, or similar.
- MBSE Tools: Experience with system modeling tools (e.g., Cameo, Rhapsody, MagicDraw) and frameworks (e.g., SysML, UML).
- Hardware & Software Integration: Exposure to hardware-software integration and system-level test procedures.
- Active Secret Clearance preferred
