- 6+ Months of Trellix Experience
- 3+ Years of Overall IT Experience






Job Description

Provide ESS (Enterprise Security Solutions) support across the National Capital Region.
Perform key functions for ESS deployments within JSP’s area of responsibility.
Track and resolve problems in a large and complex systems environment.
Provide solution engineering to ensure compliance with current and future standards.
Install Trellix software updates in compliance with STIG requirements.
Deploy, maintain, and tune Trellix clients.
Develop, deploy, test, and manage custom ESS signatures.
Monitor ESS for intrusions, failures, and other issues; repair or re-engineer as needed.
Ensure ESS software clients/servers are operational and reporting correctly.
Apply software fixes as needed.
Ensure compliance with DoD standards and guidelines.
Follow DoD STIG standards and IAVA requirements; advise ESS Lead on updates.
Ensure valid software licenses for all systems.
Maintain and troubleshoot management systems.
