As a Senior Data Analyst with MTSI, you will work with AFLCMC, the center of innovation for the Air Force, analyzing data and creating operational simulations of innovative technologies and products with military applications, including advanced aircraft, autonomous vehicles, and other leading capabilities, to provide critical national defense capabilities.

Responsibilities:
Your essential job functions will include but may not be limited to:
- Gather and analyze data on advanced aircraft, autonomous vehicles, and other areas of AFLCMC interest from testing and other open sources and analyze the operational performance and life cycle cost of these systems.
- Compile, clean, and organize large datasets, ensuring accuracy and integrity for analysis.
- Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis on collected data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Develop and maintain analysis tools and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.
- Prepare clear, concise, and impactful reports, presentations, and visualizations of analytical results for diverse audiences, including AFLCMC leadership and external stakeholders.
- Present complex data and analytical insights in an understandable and actionable manner.
- Provide recommendations based on data analysis to inform strategic planning, program development, and policy adjustments.
Qualifications Required:
- 14+ years of experience in research, data analysis, or similar analytical role.
- Excellent oral and written communications skills, strong analytical and critical thinking skills, organizational and workload management, and interpersonal skills are required.
- U.S. Citizenship
- Bachelor's degree in a business, engineering, or technical field.
Highly Desirable Skills:
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Python, Excel,).
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Smartsheets, Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib, Seaborn).
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related technical field.
Clearance Requirements:
- Active Top SECRET clearance with SCI Eligibility.
