You will be the Proposal Analyst Staff for the Proposal Development Team. Our team is responsible for delivering competitive, high‑quality proposals that win critical missile system contracts.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must possess an active Secret clearance to start.
Basic Qualifications:
• Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance
• Strong financial/analytical/technical skills
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Proficient user of Microsoft Office Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Aptitude for learning financial software and/or database systems
Desired Skills:
• Prior experience as a proposal analyst leading major proposal efforts
• Knowledge of FAR and Cost/Pricing Data Requirements
• High attention to detail and ability to summarize large volume of complex data to influence executive decision making
• Experience using proposal estimating or pricing systems
• Experience with multiple proposal contract types
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week

What You Will Be Doing
As the Proposal Analyst Staff you will be responsible for leading pricing strategy and coordinating the end‑to‑end proposal effort for PRSM & ATACMS programs.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Serve as the pricing lead from RFP receipt through Proposal Authorization, ensuring accurate cost models and pricing assessments.
- Coordinate functional inputs (engineering, logistics, finance) to produce a cohesive, compliant proposal.
- Guide the proposal through the management review process and provide audit support to government reviewers.
- Mentor and provide day‑to‑day direction to junior Proposal Analysts.
- Conduct fact‑finding, negotiate terms, and secure TINA certification as required.
