Description:
You will be the F-16 Flight Operations Production Lead for the Lockheed Martin Greenville Production Team. You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating aircraft assembly and production activities while providing status updates on work documents and tasks completed within the flightline operations area.
What You Will Be Doing
As the F-16 Flight Operations Production Lead you will be required to interface with multiple functional organizations, area supervisors, and the assembly crew to resolve issues and constraints in the production environment. The Production Lead acts as an intermediary between the assembly crew and production supervision, providing technical guidance to ensure proper assembly of F-16 aircraft components and supporting the achievement of production goals.
*Must be a US Citizen with Ability to obtain a secret clearance.

Basic Qualifications:
6 years' experience relative to aircraft Manufacturing, Maintenance, Modification, Repair, & Overhaul.
4 years' experience performing mechanical or avionics operational checkouts on aircraft.
Desired Skills:
Fighter aircraft (F-16, F-35, F-22), APG experience highly desirable.
• Tactical Aircraft Flight Operations experience.
• Demonstrate strong critical thinking in a fast pace environment.
• Ability to problem solve.
• Excellent Written and Verbal communication skills.
• Leadership experience.
• Ability to lead a team to meet critical schedules and resolve technical issues.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications with ability apply their intent.
Ability to understand aircraft work instructions and technical orders.
Champion of Foreign Object Debris (FOD) control measures.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
