As an ECAD Librarian and PCB Designer supporting Undersea Systems, you'll play a key role in the development of Circuit Card Assemblies (CCAs) for electronics used in high-reliability undersea communication systems. You'll work with talented engineers and contribute to solutions that enhance national security.

As an ECAD Librarian and PCB Designer supporting Undersea Systems, you'll play a key role in the development of Circuit Card Assemblies (CCAs) for electronics used in high-reliability undersea communication systems. You'll work with talented engineers and contribute to solutions that enhance national security.
Qualifications:
- U.S. Citizenship is required by Federal Law
- Education & Experience: Associate's degree (or equivalent) with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience
- Clearance: Department of Defense Secret clearance preferred
- Knowledge of one or more Mentor Graphics tools, such as xDM, Xpedition, DXdatabook, BoardStation, or Hyperlynx, or familiarity with Altium
- Experience with Xpedition parts request system, Footprint Expert Enterprise 23, and 3D model creation using SolidWorks, NX, or CREO
- Circuit design and hands-on prototyping experience
- Basic understanding of IPC and manufacturing standards
- In-depth knowledge of CCA fabrication techniques
- Ability to communicate with suppliers to clarify design documentation
- Experience with schematic capture in Xpedition
- Proficiency in documentation capture, including:
- BOM/parts list generation
- ODB++ digital fabrication packages
- 3D model generation
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience using Mentor Graphics Xpedition
- Experience with ECAD/PCB layout design processes
- Proficiency in library management practices
