Description
The Integrated Aviation Solutions (IAS) Division currently has an opening for a Mission Integrator supporting an Operations, Sustainment and Development program based at a customer facility on Fort Gordon, GA (FGGA). Leidos is the prime contractor on a 10-year single award indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract supporting the United States Army. The Mission Integrator is charged with performing systems integration, monitoring network performance and identifying and resolving system issues for a state-of-the-art Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) system during live missions. The Mission Integrator works with the FGGA Site Operations Lead to complete technical planning, system software-network design, short and long-term planning development and integration, verification, validation, and fielding. Assist the engineering team in developing solutions to technical problems and issues that are unclear and require deep technical knowledge. Duties include performing system requirements analysis, functional analysis, timeline analysis, interface definition, technical management, integration, system testing, and quality assurance. The Mission Integrator will collaborate with the Lead FSR to influence solution design, processes and approaches. As required, the Mission Integrator will participate in Integrated Product Team meetings and interact daily with the Site Operations Lead and FGGA customers to ensure the team is meeting mission and reporting requirements. The Mission Integrator is an integral member of the Engineering team and reports directly to the Site Operations Lead.
The Mission Integrator position is based at a customer facility on Fort Gordon, GA with travel to Leidos, customer, and subcontractor facilities as required to meet program requirements and goals; normally 10% with surge travel to support integration and testing events.

Primary Responsibilities
- Develop, integrate and test COTS/GOTS products with installation and configuration of software on pre-production and production environments.
- Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements.
- Troubleshoot issues and outages.
- Conduct performance analysis and technology maturity assessments of emerging technologies through application review and load testing.
- Perform systems integration, test, and deployment of cross domain solutions and related technologies on Red Hat Enterprise Linux.
- Observe and interpret visual outputs indicating the operating status of systems and network components for designated computer network infrastructure.
- Monitor and maintain system performance using automated tools to provide proactive identification and resolution of issues, ensuring mission readiness and operational efficiency.
- Install, configure, and maintain software for end-users.
- Liaison with Government customers and outside agencies in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide feedback to Lead FSR and Program Management on daily, weekly and monthly activities.
- All other Mission Integration and support duties as directed by the Lead FSR.
- Complete all Contractually directed and Leidos corporate training requirements and required certifications.
- Able to support shift work to meet mission surge operations.
Basic Qualifications
- Must hold a BA/BS degree and 4 years of experience; or master’s degree and 2 years of experience. Additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Current DoD Top Secret Clearance with w/CI Poly.
- Experience in scripting (e.g. bash/python)
- Experience with Airborne ISR executing SIGINT missions.
- Experience with operational processing, exploitation, and dissemination (PED) technical support.
- DoD 8570 approved IAT Level II Baseline and Computing Environment certification Experience with RedHat / Linux.
- Familiarity with operations, patching, and COTS upgrades.
- Capable of working autonomously with little or no supervision.
- Effectively communicate with Leidos and sub-contractor functional leads, managers, and employees.
- Ability to travel 10% to support meetings and system integration and testing.
- Able to support shift work to meet mission surge operations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with MS Project, Office, PowerPoint, Visio
- Knowledge and experience with Army Airborne ISR Operations
